Thanks for reading Srinidhi! Yes, I absolutely agree that they need a different thought process, which can be a bit tricky with society, legislations, or just pur ‘habits’. But this issue as it may seem distant to people, needs urgent attention. Those who are at immediate risk like the Small Islands Nations Association, will fight harder, but sooner or later it is going to be everyone’s problem, it’s only about realisation.

Ruhie, that’s an amazing summary, one I am sure echoes the unsaid thoughts of thousands of people around the world. While we all talk about actions in the global arena, sometime it just boils down to how socially and environmentally responsible (and selfless!) we feel. I am sure Lima has very different challenges than Adelaide, or any other city/ town; one goody-bag of solutions is never going to be applicable! The complexity of climate change amazes me as I study more about it, but I personally do think the solutions are simpler, more easily applicable – they just need a different though-process to adopt.
